Sabrina is a wife and a mother to two little ones. She has a passion for working in the mental health field and for helping those around her.

Sabrina loves education and has a deep focus on psychology by pursuing online courses, university, college and daily self education.

As a Life Coach she focuses on helping others achieve their goals and most desired outcomes in life. As someone who has faced tough times of her own she understands how important it is to have someone walking beside you when facing everyday battles throughout life. Her biggest wish is that no one would feel alone even in the moments that they do the most.

Sabrina has a love for God, nature, reading, spending time with her children, setting goals and achieving them. She is an empath and takes on everyone's situation and feelings as if it were her own battle. What is a Life Coach?

A Life Coach is similar to a therapist outside of the fact that they cannot dianogse a patient and cannot work with mental illness unless otherwise certified to do so.

Life coaches can help you clarify your goals, identify the obstacles holding you back, and then come up with strategies for overcoming each obstacle. By creating these strategies, life coaches target your unique skills and gifts. By helping you to make the most of your strengths, life coaches provide the support you need to achieve long-lasting change.

A child and teen life coach focuses on mindset development. Kids learn how to use the power of their thoughts and the power of their mind to create happiness, confidence, self-esteem, resilience, self-leadership, achievement, and so much more.

A youth life coach supports children in learning how to identify and shift limiting beliefs that hold them back in life and proactively create supporting beliefs that help kids believe in themselves, own their magnificence and thrive!

Session Information

Sessions take place in the life coach's home. This serves as a level of comfort for clients as it gives them a feeling of safety and casualty. For younger clients a play room is available with toys, activities and crafts. When engaged in play children are more likely to open up or express feelings or stories through role modelling in toys and/or drawings.

For my older clients we tend to gravitate towards the couch or table where they can enjoy drinks and snacks during their session along with some animal cuddles from our home pets.

During sessions we talk, discover what is holding them back and then work on launching them forward to achieving the goals we set in place! Whether this be learning how to overcome difficult emotions or how to overcome fear in everyday situations or triggers.

In some cases sessions may take place outside of the usual spot if working on certain skills. Confirmation from Life Coach, parent, and client will be made prior to booking this type of session.

I can't wait to work with you!
